They are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to drive customer engagement and support the growth of their USV division.

Responsibilities

Support the end-to-end sales cycle for Blue Ops’ USV platforms, from lead qualification to contract execution

Manage inbound customer inquiries, maintain CRM data, and track active opportunities

Coordinate customer demos, sea trials, trade shows, and facility visits

Assist in proposal preparation, quoting, customer briefings, and follow-up communications

Develop and maintain strong knowledge of USV capabilities, marine systems, sensors, autonomy, and mission profiles

Act as liaison between customers, engineering teams, and leadership to ensure accurate technical communication

Maintain organized documentation, sales metrics, and reporting for leadership

Build long-term relationships with defense organizations, maritime agencies, and commercial marine operators

Represent Blue Ops professionally in all customer interactions, both in-person and remote
