Responsibilities

Helping build the guardrails for LLM/RAG apps
Set up GenAI Ops workflows for monitoring latency, throughput, and safety
Use LLMs as Judges and Specialized Models for evaluation (bias, PII, tone, etc.)
Fine-tune and calibrate models; integrate workflows via LangChain
Deploy and scale containerized AI workloads (OpenShift/Kubernetes)
Build dashboards for AI reliability (Grafana or similar)

Qualification

GenAI Ops experienceLangChain expertiseOpenAI APIGuardrails implementationContainerized AI workloads

Required

Hands-on GenAI Ops experience (LLM + RAG in production)
LangChain framework expertise
OpenAI API (chat completions, embeddings)
Guardrails and observability implementation
