Design in-store signage, retail displays, and print assets that align with brand standards
Translate marketing concepts into clear, visually impactful retail designs
Apply brand guidelines consistently across all in-store and print touchpoints
Create press-ready print files with accuracy and attention to detail
Collaborate with creative, studio, and brand teams to ensure design alignment
Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a high-volume retail environment
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in retail, fashion, or beauty
Strong portfolio showcasing in-store, retail signage, and print design work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Experience working with brand guidelines and design systems
Excellent attention to detail and strong layout and typography skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Experience with beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or lifestyle brands
Agency, shopper marketing, or experiential design background
Experience designing large-format or retail environments
