Responsibilities
Providing availability in production Data Center networks for application (Video, Voice, Messaging) across the globe
Continuously improving and extending network technologies in existing Data Centers
Building out networks in new Data Centers
Troubleshooting and fixing issues together with infrastructure and application teams
Support Lab/Stage/Regression environments
Participation in on call rotation
Responsible for design, overall view and approach
Qualification
Required
Providing availability in production Data Center networks for application (Video, Voice, Messaging) across the globe
Continuously improving and extending network technologies in existing Data Centers
Building out networks in new Data Centers
Troubleshooting and fixing issues together with infrastructure and application teams
Support Lab/Stage/Regression environments
Participation in on call rotation
Responsible for design, overall view and approach
U.S. Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, or foreign equivalent, plus two (2) years of related experience, or U.S. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field plus five (5) years of related experience
Experience with all of the following networks: ISP, ENT and DC
Experience with one of the following hardware families: Juniper, Cisco or Arista
Experience with all of the following protocols: BGP, EVPM, VXLAN, OSPF, xSTP, RTG, VRRP, LACP, OSPF, FBF/PBR, VRF, GRE, IPIP, IPSec, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS and TACACS
Experience with one of the following firewall administration tools: iptables, firewalld, Cisco solution, Juniper solution, or Palo Alto solution
Experience with LinuxOS
Experience with one of the following service infrastructures: baremetall, virtualization with hypervisor, or containers
Experience with green field deployments
Experience with brown field deployments
