The Regional Director is responsible for clinical and operational leadership across multiple teams, supervising associate clinicians and ensuring consistent clinical care and practice standards.

Responsibilities
Responsible for clinical and operational leadership across 3 or more teams
Supervise up to 6 associate clinicians
Support and oversee licensed clinicians, including clinical supervisors
Ensure clinical care and consistent practice standards across each region and the practice
Act as the key point of leadership and coordination for both clinical and operational success
Qualification
Required
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Experience in clinical and operational leadership
Ability to supervise associate clinicians and licensed clinicians
Strong understanding of clinical care and practice standards
Experience working with children and teens
