Assist Food Technologists in creating a wide range of finished food applications
Support execution of experiments to evaluate flavor performance
Participate in the tasting and evaluation of flavors in application
Write reports to capture individual experiments
Help with preparation of samples for our customers

Qualification

Food ScienceCulinary experienceLab experienceMicrosoft OfficeCommunication skills

Required

Currently working on completion of a Bachelor's degree in Food Science or Culinary program
Lab and/or culinary experience working safely with food products, ingredients, and related equipment
Working knowledge of computer programs, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, etc
Flexible working style: collaborative in a group setting, and independent to organize projects, timelines, and personal accountability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
