KREISS is a 75-year-old family owned and operated high-end home furnishings retailer. They are seeking a full-time Procurement Manager to ensure all orders meet custom specifications and quality standards, while supporting the sales team and acting as the main point of contact between showrooms and production facilities.

Responsibilities

Draft highly detailed purchase orders for all furniture sales, working closely with the sales/design team to confirm all dimensions/fabrics/finishes/hardware/etc

Follow up with the sales/design team and production to resolve any TBD line items on orders, including strike offs and CFAs

Purchase all fabrics, accessories, rugs, linens, lighting etc. necessary to complete orders, track and log all open orders

Coordinate with our draftsperson to create furniture elevations on all custom orders

Submit invoices, space plans/drawings/furniture elevations, and disclaimer paperwork to clients via docusign when orders are placed

Perform quality control reviews for all furniture prior to shipment, verifying dimensions/fabrics/finishes/hardware/etc

Monitor production lead times and help expedite orders to meet our lead time windows

Act as point of contact between our sales and production teams as well as outside vendors to provide status updates

Work with in-house CRM system to log client information, assign and complete tasks
