Responsibilities
Perform hardware and software installations for desktop and laptop systems
Assist with workstation refreshes and equipment replacement
Deploy single sign-on badges as needed
Provide excellent customer support and collaborate effectively with team members
Troubleshoot technical issues promptly and accurately
May involve light lifting of equipment
Qualification
Required
Desktop support knowledge preferred
Hardware/software installation experience helpful
Ability to work on-site in hospitals and clinics
Must meet medical, drug, and background screening requirements
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to start ASAP
