Responsibilities

Work with cross-functional team to develop and maintain Enterprise Architecture artifacts which are valuable to Leadership, Development, Testing, and Sustainment of a myriad of integrated systems
Ensure work products meet or exceed quality requirements and adherence to standards
Monitor and control work, anticipating and avoiding issues to the maximum extent possible

Required

3-5 years of experience relevant to this position including at least 1 year consulting experience preferred
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
Required travel up to 25%
US Citizenship is required with an ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
Working in an office setting 4 days a week
Strong ability to work with people to understand interface needs and subsequently define, develop and maintain appropriate architecture artifacts
Communication, team building, coaching
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to build rapport with team members and clients
Ability to travel as needed

Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Concepts
Technical experience in a Medical Environment
DODAF or other modelling tools
Cerner (Oracle Health) Systems
HL7
Security and Connectivity concepts (ports, protocols, Security boundaries)
Visio or other visualization software
CAMEO or other modeling tools
GoLive Support for software systems
Previous Federal Contracting experience

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
