Responsibilities
Serve as the subject-matter expert in graph data modeling, including schema development and performance optimization
Design, implement, and optimize graph algorithms for decision support, classification, and advanced analytics
Develop algorithms for graph embedding, clustering, outlier detection, community detection, and dimensionality reduction
Build distributed training pipelines capable of handling very large graphs (100M+ graph elements)
Design and write queries and stored procedures for data loading, migration, and retrieval from graph databases
Interface with customers and internal teams to align expectations and advance graph-based analytical solutions
Qualification
Required
5+ years of recent professional experience in Graph Machine Learning
3+ years of experience developing and implementing graph algorithms and data structures, including heterogeneous graphs
3+ years of experience leading research initiatives
Strong background in graph data modeling, schema design, and database optimization
Proficiency with graph libraries and machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch Geometric, DGL, Graph Data Science tools)
Experience with distributed data processing and Spark-based cloud services (e.g., Azure Databricks)
Familiarity with graph databases and query languages
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering with a strong focus on graph theory, algorithms, and data structures
Preferred
Experience with Neo4j, Cosmos DB, ArangoDB
Experience with cloud-based database services
PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering with a focus on graph theory
