They are seeking an experienced, full-time Interior Designer to join their collaborative team, responsible for developing design concepts, producing documentation, and managing projects across all phases of high-end residential work.

Responsibilities

Develop design concepts aligned with client goals and the Modern Nest aesthetic

Produce design boards, plans, elevations, and detailed documentation

Draft in AutoCAD/Revit/Rhino and review redlines, shop drawings, and technical details

Source and specify furniture, fixtures, materials, finishes, and décor

Assist with budgets, schedules, procurement, and project tracking

Collaborate closely with contractors, vendors, fabricators, and consultants

Support installations, walk-throughs, and final styling

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, partners, and the internal team

Bring strong experience while remaining open, adaptable, and eager to learn

Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive, supportive studio culture
