Responsibilities

Proactively identify, target, and pursue new client opportunities within Life Sciences and/or Utilities
Develop and execute your own business development strategy and pipeline
Generate leads through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and market research
Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and position Hydrogen Group’s solutions
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery
Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking using CRM tools

Required

Proven experience in new business development, sales, or client acquisition

Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven mindset
