Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple accounting advisory engagements

Consult on technical accounting matters and prepare supporting position papers

Provide transaction accounting support for business combinations, carve-outs, restructurings, and IPOs

Prepare and review financial statements and SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, pro forma)

Support audit readiness and first-time audits

Provide on-call accounting advisory support

Ensure timely, high-quality work in compliance with U.S. GAAP and regulatory requirements

Train, mentor, and supervise junior team members
