Responsibilities
Achieve a high level of golfer engagement and satisfaction through all touch points
Communicate with golfers via phones, emails, surveys and online chat
Greeting customers warmly and ascertaining problems or reasons for contact
Maintain customer accounts by recording and updating account information
Maintain knowledge of products, prices, delivery times, promotions, and similar data
Engage in continuous training around product and equipment
Assist with the placement of orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
2 years golf club fitting experience
Ability to multitask, handle varying daily priorities, and meet deadlines consistently
Knowledge of the game of golf, golf equipment, and the desire for continued learning
Preferred
2 years of previous sales or customer service experience
Club fitting certifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent business experience
