Senior Finance Specialist

Responsibilities

Make outbound lead and follow up calls to potential and existing dealers/end users
Handle inbound sales lead calls
Build and maintain dealer relationships
Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers
Participate in trainings to develop global understanding of process
Maintain and develop relationships with key staff and management
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales quotas and activity requirements
Maintain account development sales funnel using contact management system
Generate sales quotes and set pricing for dealers and transactions
Enter credit applications and review decisions with the understanding of company policy
Create and deliver finance documents
Train dealers on all web technologies offered by Navitas
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
Gather and analyze information skillfully
Ability to assess own strengths and weaknesses
Pursue training and development opportunities

Required

Responsible for developing new and maintaining existing dealer relationships to generate lease/loan volume and profit
Ability to manage outbound/inbound calls, utilize contact management, application/credit and online portal/marketing systems
Understand Contract Documentation, Pricing, Credit and company policies and procedures
Make outbound lead and follow up calls to potential and existing dealers/end users
Handle inbound sales lead calls
Build and maintain dealer relationships

4 Year College Degree
5+ Years Business to Business sales experience
3+ Years Industry experience
1+ Years Navitas sales experience
Strong knowledge in Equipment Finance Pricing and Documentation
Currently Meets/Exceeds Navitas Production Metrics
Must be able to pass a criminal background & credit check
This is a full-time, non-remote position
