Responsibilities

Conduct engaging facility tours, ensuring prospective residents and families feel informed, welcomed, and confident in their choice

Manage the full admissions process — from completing paperwork to coordinating with internal teams for a seamless transition

Serve as a warm, knowledgeable point of contact for new residents and their families, offering support, guidance, and reassurance throughout the onboarding experience

Develop, coordinate, and implement effective marketing and community outreach strategies to promote the center’s services and strengthen referral relationships

Represent Smith County Health & Rehabilitation throughout the community, building professional partnerships and expanding the facility’s visibility and reputation

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure smooth communication and timely admissions decisions
