Information Technology
Responsibilities
Handle password reset requests and basic incidents; escalate complex issues to higher-level support
Document, track, and monitor incident work orders in ServiceNow
Ensure timely resolution of IT user needs according to SLAs
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents remotely, including more complex work orders
Assist Incident Management and the EOC during system/application outages

Strong Customer Service and Phone Support

Technical Aptitude: A+ or Microsoft certifications (MCSA) preferred, but not required. Self-taught candidates with 6–12 months of experience are welcome
