Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and enhance cloud-based services across Marketo and other B2B applications
Apply Generative AI and Agentic AI tools for software development and product features
Actively participate in architecture and lead design discussions
Develop systems that are highly scalable, reliable, yet easy to maintain
Collaborate with product managers, architects and engineers to build high-performance backend services and data ingestion pipelines
Support your services in Production and make customers successful
Follow Agile methodologies
Evaluate new technologies and help incorporate them into the technology stack
Mentor junior engineers

Qualification

Required

BS/MS or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field
8+ years of experience in backend and distributed systems development
Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
Strong programming skills with experience in Object-Oriented languages like Java and Scala
Experience with Relational databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB, Redis)
Experience building and deploying microservices using tools like Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Experience with Akka, Spark and Kafka
Experience with CRM systems
Full stack experience
