Responsibilities

Ensure health and safety standards are met

Conduct quality assessments on the finished product

Detect quality issues with the finished product and serve as the final checkpoint for finished product exiting the plant

Maintain communication channels with team members on duty

Data entry and management

Utilization of Microsoft suite applications

Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment

Maintain detailed records and logs

Ad-hoc projects

Qualification

Required

High School diploma or equivalent GED preferred

Necessary math skills - Addition, subtraction, and multiplication to record accurate reports

Essential reading and writing skills

Periodically lift and carry up to 25 lbs. and frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Sometimes push up to 100 lbs. and move up to 900 lbs. using a pallet jack

Must be able to sit, stand, walk for 8-12 hours

Ability to work 12 hour shifts; overtime when needed

Ability to work a fixed day or night shift on a 2/2/3 schedule
