They are seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer to lead and execute high-end projects from concept through completion, requiring exceptional design expertise and strong project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead the full design lifecycle, from initial concept development to project installation and final review

Develop and oversee design concepts, furniture and lighting plans, specifications, elevations, and presentation materials

Collaborate closely with the Principal and design team to refine concepts and produce detailed construction documents, elevations, and FF&E packages

Research and source materials, finishes, hardware, fabrics, furnishings, window treatments, and accessories

Create and manage project scopes, timelines, and schedules, ensuring all stakeholders meet deadlines

Work with the project manager to assist in developing project budgets

Direct and mentor junior designers; oversee the creation of all client-facing presentations

Attend site meetings, communicate design intent clearly, and coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and other external partners

Manage ongoing client communication with professionalism and clarity

Oversee project installations to ensure design integrity and quality control
