Industrial Disability Specialist
UC Davis Health is seeking an Industrial Disability Specialist who will act as the primary liaison for employees and various stakeholders to ensure effective coordination of work-related disability services. This role focuses on facilitating communication, ensuring compliance, and promoting safe return-to-work practices for employees.

Qualification
Required
Current certification as a Rehabilitation Counselor (CRCC), Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS), Certified Professional in Disability Management (CPDM), or an equivalent disability management certification
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Five (5) years of experience in disability management and/or workplace accommodations
Experience in industrial disability case management
Experience working with third-party accommodation and disability resources
Experience reviewing and interpreting medical documentation to determine disability-related limitations and work restrictions
Experience facilitating the interactive process and identifying reasonable accommodations within a large, complex organization
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and commonly used databases and case-management systems
Preferred
10 years of work experience in Disability Management/Workplace Accommodations
