Responsibilities

Respond to incoming sales inquiries, provide product details, and assist with quotes and orders
Partner with the Client Development Manager to maintain seamless communication with clients while they are traveling — managing follow-ups, preparing quotes, and coordinating samples or collateral for meetings
Enter and update client notes, leads, and opportunities shared by the CDM and Sales Manager
Draft quotes, spec sheets, and confirmations, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up
Communicate regularly with both remote and local team members to keep all sales efforts aligned and up to date
Support product launches, maintain displays, and help coordinate client sample requests and logistics

Required

2–4 years of experience in sales support, customer service, account coordination, or a related field (design/interiors industry experience preferred)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Based in or near Charleston, SC, with the ability to work in-office three days per week

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Google Workspace; CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) preferred
Design-Inclined: Genuine interest in architecture, interiors, and product design
