Responsibilities
Assisting in all activities related to credit approval process and collection of overdue accounts
Collects past due accounts through phone calls and correspondence
Maintains files and detailed call reports for collection activity
Ensures credit applications are recorded and processed
Assists departments in resolving billing procedures
Ensures credit policies and procedures are known and understood
Attends weekly staff meetings to go over schedules, group arrivals, new hotel policies and discuss any problems or suggestions
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
Minimum 1 year of experience of A/R and collections
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
