Chief Executive Advisor
Vinco is a fintech startup focused on building next-generation financial technology solutions. The Chief Executive Advisor will play a pivotal role in shaping Vinco’s operational strategy and ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and growth priorities.

Responsibilities
Lead and oversee Vinco’s end-to-end operational strategy to ensure alignment with business goals, regulatory expectations, and performance targets
Design and implement scalable operational frameworks that support rapid growth while maintaining reliability and control
Leverage technology, automation, and data-driven insights to streamline processes and improve transparency
Ensure strong coordination across product, engineering, compliance, and client-facing teams
Partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership to execute Vinco’s long-term growth and market strategy
Translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans, governance structures, and execution roadmaps
Lead organizational and operational transformation initiatives as the company scales
Monitor market, regulatory, and technology trends to proactively position Vinco for competitive advantage
Support Vinco’s preparation for institutional clients, partnerships, and future international expansion
Develop scalable operating models and go-to-market support frameworks suitable for regulated financial environments
Bridge innovation-driven technology development with the operational expectations of financial institutions
Ensure operational readiness for cross-border activities and institutional-grade service delivery
Establish and maintain strong governance, risk management, and compliance structures appropriate for a fintech company
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Security functions to ensure adherence to financial regulations, data protection, and operational controls
Implement risk mitigation, internal controls, and business continuity planning
Promote a culture of accountability, ethical conduct, and regulatory awareness across the organization
Advise, mentor, and support senior leaders and operational teams as the company grows
Help build a high-performance culture focused on execution, learning, and continuous improvement
Support leadership development, succession planning, and organizational design
Champion Vinco’s values of innovation, trust, responsibility, and excellence
Oversee operational planning, budgeting, and resource allocation in partnership with finance leadership
Define KPIs and performance metrics linking operations to strategic outcomes
Drive efficiency, productivity, and process optimization initiatives
Deliver measurable improvements in execution speed, service quality, and operational resilience
Qualification
Required
20+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or executive leadership within fintech, financial services, or technology-driven financial platforms
Proven experience scaling startups or high-growth organizations into mature, institution-ready operations
Strong understanding of financial infrastructure, digital finance, capital markets, or regulated financial environments
Demonstrated expertise in operational strategy, governance, and organizational design
Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field required
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree preferred
