Responsibilities

Contribute to the Store Sales Performance by achieving the sales targets
Maintain good product knowledge and ensure an outstanding customer experience
Be proactive in attracting new customers and maintaining relationships with existing ones to generate new business opportunities
Actively participate in design events and trade shows, to collect and convert as many leads as possible
Handle customer complaints, seeking assistance and ensuring issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and the company
Constantly promote a unique, memorable shopping experience (implementing customer focus, storytelling, extraordinary service, selling skills and aptitude)
Keep the CRM system up to date
Exceed all behavioral requirements, adhering to the dress code and appearance guidelines
Ensure the store is perfectly in line with the Brand Guidelines in terms of VM, appearance and atmosphere. Respect company norms and procedures and adhere to Security and Health and Safety regulations
Always be informed on brand activities, locations, events and marketing activities
Cooperate with other Consumer Sales Functions (Field Sales and Teleselling) in an omni-channel approach, in order to facilitate and speed up the customer journey

Required

2+ years' experience as Sales Assistant, preferably for luxury brand retail companies within the home goods space
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Aptitude for selling, with an emphasis on developing business
Ability to leverage networks by cultivating key relationships as well as knowledge of local marketing and media
Ability to acquire some expertise in Store operational applications (Salesforce and SAP)
Entrepreneurial approach
Ability to create and cultivate a network
Ability to adhere to store hours - Monday - Sunday, 10am - 7pm
Ability to work on-site 5 days a week
