Responsibilities

Create, maintain, and execute the project plan to schedule and ensure compliance with budged

Supervise and coordinate all construction activities

Track and communicate weekly project report and generates 3 weeks look ahead

Ensure project materials and workmanship meets the project quality standards and design requirements

Initiate and conduct project meetings with staff assigned to the project and management if necessary

Review and address plan details, resolve issues before they result in added budget expenditures

Advise Superintendent of any potential problems, work interferences or schedule difficulties while assisting in circumventing/resolving such conflicts

Enforce site specific plans and procedures that are in line with EEI's culture and safety requirements

Review and submit weekly time sheets to payroll for processing

Maintain the project's daily job diary
