Responsibilities

Work alongside the General Counsel to understand how legal frameworks shape and protect ethical business practices

Contribute to meaningful projects like drafting and refining policies, conducting legal research, and supporting risk management initiatives

Help develop internal resources on legal topics, assist with policy development, and engage in collaborative meetings with internal teams and external partners

Required

A minimum GPA of 2.5 or higher

Strong communication skills and proficiency in English (oral and written), with the ability to interact effectively at all levels

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint

Lawful authorization to work in the United States

Applicants must be at least an undergraduate Sophomore enrolled full-time in a bachelor's program in Business or Pre-Law program or otherwise interested in a career in Law

Must return to school for at least one semester after the internship, with an expected graduation between December 2026 and July 2027
