They are seeking a talented Senior Accountant to manage financial statement processes, assist with audits, and provide financial reporting and support for their growing client base.

Responsibilities
Assist with month end process, such as bank reconciliations, intercompany transaction reconciliation, inventory reporting, general ledger adjustments etc
Assist with the annual external audit process for the financials
Assist with cost analysis reporting
Generate accounting reports requested internally and externally as needed
File company monthly and quarterly sales taxes
Assist with annual 1099 reporting process
Partner with Controller on any accounting issues requiring assistance or support
Assist with any other ad hoc projects
Please note these are the basic responsibilities but not limited to any other projects that are needed based on our needs
Qualification
Required
Proven working experience as a senior accountant
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration with an emphasis in Accounting, or a related field
3+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting and cost control principles, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices, laws, standards, and state/national regulations
Excellent computer skills; experience in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite; Access, database, or other system knowledge
Preferred
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) license preferrable but not required
