Union County Vocational-Technical Schools is seeking a Data Systems & Analysis Coordinator for the 2025-2026 school year. The role involves managing student information systems and supporting data functions within the educational environment.

Required

Coursework and experience with student information systems, spreadsheets, databases, word processing and presentation technologies

Office experience in computer support with respect to school related student databases, preferably aligned to New Jersey Department of Education (NJDOE) reporting procedures

Knowledge of state testing program and accountability system

Ability to collect, report, and present data and test-related information

Ability to create detailed reports and analyze data

Strong organizational and management skills in meeting deadlines for projects and applications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Required criminal history check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status

Salary and terms in accordance with Board of Education Policy

Preferred

Knowledge of computer based data functions, including import/upload and export/download, as it relates to operational support of the educational environment and to the business office. (Preferred knowledge in Power School/SISs, NJSLEDS, NJDOE Homeroom, ASSA, and other reporting tools and systems)
