Responsibilities

Lead and manage all phases of the Oracle Cloud/Fusion implementation lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery on time and within scope

Collaborate closely with the systems integrator and internal teams to drive project execution and resolve issues as they arise

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure alignment with project goals

Manage stakeholder communication, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and issue resolution

Coordinate the development and delivery of training and documentation to ensure smooth system adoption across the organization

Identify, track, and mitigate risks, ensuring that the project stays within budget and meets all key deliverables

Required

8+ years of IT project management experience

Oracle Cloud/Fusion implementation experience as a project manager

Strong experience with Oracle Financials modules (e.g., Financial Accounting Hub, Payables, Receivables, General Ledger, Procurement)

Proven track record of managing complex projects with cross-functional teams

Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and deliver projects on time and within budget

Strong understanding of financial processes and systems integration

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Ability to drive project timelines, deliverables, and manage risks

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders

Preferred

PMP or similar project management certification

Experience with Oracle Financials Cloud, specifically in the areas of GL, AR, AP, and FA

Previous experience in a project management role within the financial services or enterprise resource planning (ERP) space

Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Experience managing both onshore and offshore teams
