Responsibilities
Responsible for seating of residents in the dining room and satisfactorily handling situations as they arise
Responsible for creating an enjoyable dining experiences for residents and guests
Supervises the activities of service persons in the dining room to ensure proper service and sanitation procedures are followed
Assists in training of new service team members, under the direction of the Team Leader
Responsible for supervising the closing of the main dining room and checking the servers to be sure their side work and station setup is properly completed
Promotes clean, safe and neat environment for residents, self and staff
Demonstrates knowledge of fire safety procedures, and assists with evacuation of residents to a safe location in the event of fire or other emergency
Maintains confidentiality of residents’ personal and medical record information
Cooperates with staff of other departments in performing job duties
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
