Responsibilities
Produce and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly profit and loss reports
Prepare and review balance sheets, income statements, and financial forecasts
Conduct detailed analysis for budget forecasting, stress testing, and financial modeling
Support key business projects, regulatory reporting, and risk management initiatives
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to provide actional insights and ensure timely reporting
Serve as a trusted advisor on financial processes, reporting accuracy, and process improvements
Qualification
Required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
Demonstrated accountability, ownership, and proactiveness
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to observe and enhance processes to drive team efficiency
Preferred
Interest in and familiarity with financial markets and products
Previous experience in audit, accounting, controllership, or FP&A
Experience with digital tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx
Familiarity with key financial functions, including: Product Control, FP&A, Management Reporting, Balance Sheet and Revenue Analysis, Profit and Loss Calculations, Regulatory Reporting & Reconciliation, Financial Products such as stocks, bonds, FX, equities, credit, commodities, IPOs, and global capital markets
