Responsibilities
Manage and enhance the performance of multi-family, senior living, and affordable housing properties
Conduct financial analysis and property valuation to inform investment strategies
Oversee portfolio management, including budgeting and lease administration
Perform market research to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate sector
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to affordable housing and senior living
Develop and implement effective investment strategies based on portfolio performance and market conditions
Collaborate with property management teams to improve operational efficiencies and resident satisfaction
Qualification
Required
10+ Years of Asset Management experience with at least 5 in Senior Living
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in asset management, with a focus on senior living
Strong financial analysis and property valuation skills
Experience in portfolio management and budgeting processes
Knowledge of market research methodologies and tools
Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the affordable housing sector
Proven ability to develop and implement investment strategies effectively
