Drive cash flow forecasting to ensure liquidity and support strategic growth initiatives
Support potential M&A, growth investments, and other value-creation initiatives
Lead and streamline month-end and year-end close, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
Own financial statements and audit readiness
Improve branch-level reporting (P&L by region/branch; enhance balance sheet visibility)
Standardize financial data across systems
Manage lender reporting and strengthen banking relationships
Partner with leadership on acquisition integration
Develop scalable financial processes and internal controls as the platform grows
