Responsibilities

Own and develop a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals and business needs
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Set sales objectives, forecasts, and KPIs; monitor performance and optimize the team results
Identify new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships, where the company can grow
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to ensure alignment
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to leadership
Establish revenue stability and forecasting accuracy by implementing structured pipeline management practices
Represent sales within business planning and budgeting cycles
Represent GoodVision in various traffic events

Required

Substantial leadership experience spanning Sales and Marketing in B2B environment
Previous experience in sales team leadership and sales operations
Skilled in sales pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue management
Experience in scaling sales organizations and entering new markets
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach
International or multi-region sales leadership experience
Fluent in English
