Responsibilities

Working in collaboration with the Director of Quality & Risk Management, the Regulatory & Accreditation Program Manager functions as support for compliance with accreditation standards, and state and federal regulations
Under the general supervision of the Director of Quality & Risk Management, the position manages functions to prepare the local Ministry continuum to meet external standards for accreditation, state and federal regulations

Qualification

CSHA certificationAccreditation standardsStateFederal regulations3 years acute care experienceBachelor's Degree in NursingCPHQ certificationPatient experience

Required

CSHA (Certified Specialist in Healthcare Accreditation) upon hire, or must obtain within 1 year of hire
3 years of experience in an acute care facility
2 years of experience working with accreditation standards, and state and federal regulations
Patient experience

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare related field
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) upon hire
