Responsibilities

Facilitate cross-functional review and approval of:
Advertising materials
Promotional materials
Sales training materials
Promotional labeling materials
Manage cross-functional stakeholders and advertising agencies
Communicate material status clearly and consistently to all partners
Provide tactical project management and timeline oversight through the Material Review Process (MRP)
Support, consult, and train team members responsible for uploading and approving materials within MRP systems
Ensure timely reviews by U.S. Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, and other key stakeholders
Identify process improvements and share lessons learned across teams

Required

5+ years of Project Management experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Science, Education, Communications, or a related field
Pharmaceutical industry experience
Understanding of the MLR process, policies, and review systems
Experience working with print and digital marketing materials
Familiarity with Veeva PromoMats or similar review platforms
Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Working knowledge of Smartsheets
Working knowledge of Veeva PromoMats
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and systems
Strong project management skills with the ability to balance competing priorities
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
Ability to forecast, prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Experience identifying and applying process improvements and lessons learned
Data-driven decision-making skills
Strong analytical, measurement, and reporting capabilities
Adaptability in a fast-changing, regulated environment
