Responsibilities

Driving operational excellence in managing the business rhythm, metrics, standard work, continuous improvement and day-to-day operations
Having high organization, communication, and leadership skills to collaborate cross-functionally with senior leadership, Lines of Business (LOB's), functional organizations and EO
Identifying opportunities, constructively navigate complex issues, and influence senior leadership on relevant topics
Handling of abstract issues and development of solid plans and communication strategies to effectively respond to internal and external customers
Functioning as a member of the GSC Operations staff and is called on to manage projects, assess issues, and assist with developing resolutions
Working independently as well as being a team player and willing to support other team members on a proactive basis in any capacity needed to meet our objectives
Integrating cross-functionally at various levels within the organization to drive GSC objectives across internal and external stakeholders

Required

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an emerging authority
Experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other emerging productivity tools
Experience in Operations function(s) (At least 3 years)
Experience with Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF) and problem-solving methodologies
Collaborating effectively across multiple functional areas to deliver results
Experienced communicator, with documented presentation and organizational skills

Preferred

Experience with project management within an Operations function(s)
Experience with visualization and productivity tools (e.g., Tableau, Whiteboard, JIRA, Power Apps, etc.)
Experience as a mentor or Team Lead
Experience interfacing with and briefing Executive Leadership
Subject Matter Expert (SME) in any Operations functions (e.g., Production, Production Control, PCA, Supplier - Performance, Demand Planning, Procurement, Quality, etc.)
