The role involves managing on-site technical aspects, troubleshooting issues during live events, and acting as a technical lead.

Responsibilities
Set up and manage on-site badge printing and check-in systems (Cvent, RainFocus, etc.)
Configure and support attendee check-in areas
Assist with attendee flow and on-site registration support
Set up and coordinate closed captioning
Support Apple Vision Pro demo or experience stations
Troubleshoot technical issues in real time during live events
Act as a client-facing technical lead on site
Qualification
Required
Multiple years of on-site corporate event experience
Strong A/V technical background (video, audio, lighting, or related)
Hands-on experience with badge printer setup and event check-in platforms
Experience working freelance / gig-based event roles
Proven client-facing or guest-facing experience (e.g., lead producer, lead technician, event manager)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Live streaming or complex webinar / broadcast-style virtual events production experience
