Responsibilities

Manage your Shop Leadership Team made up of some or all of the following: Shop Educator, Shift Leader

Manage hourly staff

Maximize the shop’s financial potential. Understand and optimize your shop’s P&L

Team Leadership: Provide vision for and lead from Drybar’s ten core values

Identify and develop talent: Partner with Shop Leadership Team to engage creative and curious team members

Invest extra time in coaching Bartenders for future leadership roles in the organization

Protect yourself and your business: Resolve employee relations and customer issues ensuring the company is protected against liability with a mindfulness of shop morale and culture. Abide by Drybar Nashville Shops Leadership policies in place and when in doubt ask for help!
