The Intern will perform various assigned duties within the U Centre on College Leasing Office, applying professional knowledge in a Student Living environment and assisting with administrative tasks and resident life events.

Responsibilities

Accept incoming mail and log packages in using the Notifii package system
Answer phones and take messages from incoming residents and prospects
Perform daily BOSS checklist, including cleaning, putting out signage, and opening/closing the office
Assist with Resident Life Events at the property and on campus
Complete administrative tasks such as filing, follow-up, and other duties as assigned
Participate in meetings as requested
Handles confidential and non-routine information and explains policies when necessary
Works independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects
