Responsibilities

Collaborate with HR stakeholders to document and prioritize HRSD requirements, focusing on efficiency and scalability

Design HRSD solutions with development teams, converting business needs into functional specifications and user stories

Support project deliveries, including sprint planning, system and user acceptance testing, and the implementation of Configurable Workspace and Now Assist

Provide BAU support, overseeing minor enhancements, defect fixes, and process improvements to enhance HR service delivery

Act as a primary communicator between HR, IT, and development teams, ensuring clear understanding and adoption of HRSD solutions

Required

6+ years in a Business Systems Analyst role, preferably within ServiceNow HRSD environments

Strong understanding of HR processes and experience with Configurable Workspace, Now Assist, Case & Knowledge Management, and Employee Center Pro

Hands-on experience with Workday HCM integrations and familiarity with the ServiceNow platform's workflow and security models

Proficient in Agile project management, requirement gathering, and analytical problem solving

Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating and negotiating with various stakeholders

Preferred

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator

ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist

Agile or Scrum Certification
