Responsibilities

Maintain contractor/staff consistency and commitment in a highly competitive industry

Maintain operational structure and fill-rates within our 24/7 on-Demand portal, minimizing and preventing service gaps

Schedule management using proprietary portals and scheduling platforms

Oversee team activities on an individual and holistic level on DoD, WoW and MoM cadences

Manage user accesses and settings for active members on our interactive portal

Building workforce retention through relationships and incentive programs

Working alongside operations and recruitment teams to forecast future staffing

Data analytics and activity tracking to optimize scheduling and success rates

Maintains strict patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA, FERPA, GLBA and/or regulatory requirements or policies and standards

Participates in continuing annual educational programs by Propio

Completion of daily activity logs, shifts and other documentation

Other duties as assigned
