Responsibilities

Oversee and process payroll to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely distribution

Manage accounts payable operations, including invoice review, approvals, and vendor payments

Manage accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and collections

Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts on a regular basis

Ensure compliance with all payroll taxing jurisdictions

Assist with preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local financial regulations

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

Implement and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls

Supervise and support accounting staff, providing training and performance feedback

Collaborate with internal departments to resolve financial discrepancies

Support year-end audits and coordinate with external auditors

Perform other job-related duties as assigned
