Responsibilities
Take the lead on geotechnical investigations and provide clear, thoughtful analysis and recommendations
Review, finalize, and stamp geotechnical reports, calculations, and design documents
Work on a variety of projects—foundations, retaining systems, slope stability, pavements, earthwork, and more
Visit sites as needed to support field staff, answer questions, and help resolve issues during construction
Mentor junior engineers and technicians, helping them grow their technical skills
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to keep projects running smoothly
Qualification
Required
Professional Engineer (PE) license
10+ years of geotechnical engineering experience
Strong understanding of geotechnical principles and comfort using common analysis tools
Someone who communicates well, writes clearly, and enjoys collaborating with others
Preferred
Master's degree is a plus, but not a requirement
