Front Desk Representative
Horizon Point Marketing is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join their team as a Front Desk Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and managing essential front office tasks.

Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely manner
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in customer service or front desk operations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Additional education in hospitality management is a plus
