Responsibilities
Lead Project Management efforts including planning and coordinating all aspects of the project, including budget, timeline, and resources
Communicate with construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project progress and quality standards
Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues and make recommendations for improvements
Monitor and ensure quality control and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure it is within estimated timeline and budget
Review project documents including contracts, change orders, and project plans
Qualification
Required
5+ Years Experience as Construction Project Manager
Experience on Ground-Up Projects for Multifamily, Assisted living, or Commercial
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
Preferred
Bachelors degree is a plus but not required
