They are seeking a detail-oriented Client Success Coordinator to support billing recovery and retention efforts, helping clients navigate payment issues and maintain their engagement with services.

Responsibilities

Contact clients after chargebacks, failed payments, or early dissatisfaction to assess and resolve issues
Verify expectations and re-sell the value of services when needed
Monitor CRM (Logics) statuses for billing-related triggers and required follow-up
Manage Phase 1 cancellations and process refunds where appropriate
Send and track Service Release Agreements and other client cancellation documentation
Coordinate with Sales, Billing, and Client Success team members to ensure smooth refund processing
Support client re-engagement efforts for suspended accounts
Respond to or solicit online reviews when needed
Call past due P2 clients for payment recovery
Support Client Care Agents with any administrative functions
Complete Work Service Outline requests, when requested, for our finance partners

Qualification

Required

Prior experience in customer service, sales, or billing/account management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organized and adaptable—able to juggle tasks while keeping clients' experience top-of-mind
Strong follow-up and task ownership
Willingness to work in-office in Irvine, CA
Tax Resolution: 1 year (Required)

Preferred

Experience working in tax resolution, legal services, or financial services
Familiarity with CRMs such as Logics or Salesforce
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required
