Responsibilities

Coach and train team members using E&H’s Customer First Sales Culture

Lead by example in providing helpful, solution-based service to every customer

Supervise daily store operations including opening, closing, and manager-on-duty shifts

Support merchandising and ensure promotional signage and seasonal displays are accurate and complete

Help customers with purchases, returns, special orders, and online fulfillment

Manage inventory through cycle counts and stock-level monitoring

Oversee the accurate receiving, checking-in, and stocking of merchandise

Maintain a clean, organized sales floor, stock room, and outdoor areas

Participate in store resets and reorganizations

Address and resolve customer or employee concerns professionally and promptly

Foster a safe and secure store environment and take proactive steps to prevent theft and accidents

Operate store systems including POS and ACENET with confidence

Be flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
