Responsibilities

Performs one or more multiple financial activities within Program Finance role

Will include some or all of the responsibilities as defined

Performs financial analysis, establishes performance management budgeting, and forecasting activities to include variance analysis, trend identification, workforce planning drivers, risk and opportunities assessment and development of mitigation plans

Integrates information from multiple financial systems, processes and functions in order to consolidate the data forensics into actionable business solution recommendations

Monthly, quarterly and year end reporting to internal and external customers to include government contractual cost and schedule earned value management reporting

Develops and utilizes forward-looking data analytics, visualization and trend analysis to inform financial strategy and decision making

Develops and provides actionable recommendations to key stakeholders to make sound financial and operating decisions

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree or in lieu of degree relevant experience will also be considered

Aerospace or defense or government finance experience or anything other finance experience will also be considered

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

Secret clearance

Preferred

Earned Value Management (EVM) experience

Proactive self-starter

Strong organizational skills

Experience with SAP, Cobra, WEBI, Mission Control

Significant Excel experience

Experience working in a team environment

Previous experience with detailed analysis of data

Ability to balance competing priorities in a high-pressure environment

Program Finance experience to include monthly and annual program financial status preparation and analysis

3+ years of related experience with a degree
